This is for all my IBM retiree colleagues. The Extend Health process were forced to use to enroll for 2014 health coverage is an embarrassment to any of us who have pride in IBM. Ive now made three phone calls just trying to enroll in dental coverage, and have given up. I was Mr Wiggins to one of the enrollment specialists even after repeatedly correcting her. Without trying to incent any of my liberal or conservative friends, I cant help but compare it to the Obamacare enrollment situation. I know exactly what I want, but Im allowed to do it only by phone. There is no online access offered. Whoever at IBM came up with this should be ashamed. Im done. I choose no IBM offerings.
