This is for all the foster moms who have a hard time to let go .. believe me been there .. I know many people asked me : how can you let go of a dog you took care for several weeks .. This is the story of Kane .. I took care of him for almost 1 1/2 year .... and I cried my eyes out for weeks ...but I learned in the end it is about the dog not about me .. when Kane left for his forever home another dog got a second chance ... sometimes I would like to take a break ...but if I take a break another dog will maybe not have a chance .. I learned to let go so another dog in need has a place to go. Thank you to each and everybody who fosters and is willing to give up a little bit of their time .. YOU make a difference in these dogs life ...
