This is for people who dont have any tattoos. Its not meant to be offensive or start a flame war with people wearing tattoos. And if technology dramatically improves in coming decades, I will fully support tattoos when cost and pain of removal or changing colors, location, etc is basically zero. Have they radically changed? 15% or 1 in 7 get their tattoos removed and 37% regret them after an average of 10 years. Yet 1 in 5 has at least one tattoo.
