This is going to be a long one. So, as most (okay, all) of you know, I went to Disney this past week--partly for vacation and partly for an audition as a character lookalike for Snow White. You also know that I made it to the second round before I was cut. Many of you also know that I am a runner. A brand new runner. It is the reason I was even considering being a "princess" to begin with--because I believe the female role models of this world have to walk the walk before they talk the talk. It was after my audition (from which I came away disappointed but determined) that my friends Jorge and Sonny decided to prod me forward (like friends sometimes have to do) and motivated me to try for the Half Marathon, which will condition me to get ready for my next audition. This is where I need your help. Between entry fees and travel expenses, there is no way this girl could afford it. But as my friend Walt Disney says, "We keep moving forward."
