This is gorgeous George he is looking for urgent rescue space, he is currently in the care of College Garth Rescue Kennels he is being well looked after however they have very limited kennel space due to the number of council dogs they take on a weekly basis so he IS at risk of being PTS. George is becoming very distressed with the kennel environment and this is why im appealing for urgent rescue space with foster placement. - This is George approx 12-18 months old, he is an intact staffy male who is quite bouncy but very loving. He enjoys being around people and likes to sit on your lap. He has been on walks with female dogs and he has been none reactive towards male dogs when he has seen them, he has met cats out on walks and has been interested but no aggression shown. He has only met 1 or 2 children and he was well behaved and didnt jump up. He does get bored in the kennel and plays with his water bowl, because of this he can become quite frantic as he becomes thirsty, they have tried many things to prevent him and help him with this issue. The most recent is a dog bed filled with water, he still tips it occasionally but it has stopped him being so frantic as some water still stays in it. He is a very nice dog who would really shine with a little bit of love and training to which he is very receptive.
