This is happening all over the United States as we speak. Mentally weak police offers like this one in this video are continuously breaking the law themselves during routine encounter with a defenseless civilian. The civilian in this video did nothing to provoke any type of physical engagement from the Officer, he simply knew what was being done was completely against his rights as a United States citizen. This officer should be penalized just like a citIzen would be if they committed assault. The double standard for the police force is utterly ridiculous, there is not reason for this violence. The police are a servants to The community not communist fear enforcers. Some serious action needs to be taken and every encounter with the law should be recorded for your own personal safety. Just imagine how many times a day this happens to people that werent sly enough with their phone or Those that dont have a recording device handy. Protect & Serve
