This is hilarious. But in other words they do this to us since consumer is stuck without a choice. Just check how you are herded to that death trap like cattle. You are late your flight is gone and money is gone as well. If you are stuck in security or late to get to you connecting flight you are Fed up. Your baggage delayed or misplaced you are screwed. But you have paid for a service which you dont get. Airports and airlines work together to rip you off except the elite passengers in first class or business class. Things change with revolution. Put consumer strength together and boycott all air travel for one month or two things will change. Do not get caught to any loyalty programs. These are gimmicks.
