This is how an individual in what VI Action Group Inc. calls “the machine” looks like when guilt and dogged insistence to manipulate elections consumes them. On November 10th 2014 St.Croix Distric Board f Elections member Raymond Williams threatened to damage video equipment and physically attack the groups president Mr. Marvin Forbes. Mr. Williams is the chief of staff for the Territory’s current Lieutenant Governor. Williams became irate because video equipment was being set up in a second counting room the Board of Election established in an effort to speed up the counting of ballots. Here are more attempts to throw a blanket over the transparency of our electoral process. This comes after the St.Thomas /St.John board and the Joint board both denied two separate request from VI Action Group Inc. to install cameras in the St.Thomas /St.John counting rooms. In the same St./St.John ESVI offices there are numerous reports of questionable activities. The electorate must make the final decision as to who holds elected office. Fair, honest and transparent elections are a must for all Virgin Islanders.
