This is how most of Pascos police force act. Write total bullshit reports and back one another with the crap. It should be easier for the community to do something when officers are in the wrong instead of having to hire private attorneys at our own expense! The Pasco police have left such a bad impression on me that I have a hard time trusting any law enforcement agency. This isnt how it should be at all, they are suppose to protect and serve the people not their egos!
