This is insanity, there is no other way to even begin to describe it. There is so much wrong with this, firstly how did the court come to this decision, what wisdom did they employ in coming to their judgement, are you sitting down for this.......The decision had been based NOT on an examination of Hamas actions, but on factual imputations derived from the press and the internet. Ah those bastions of truth the press and internet. I was always told actions speak louder than words, but not for EU courts, the internet and the press speak louder than actions. Although the court adds, the move was technical and was not a reassessment of Hamas classification as a terrorist group and funding freeze on the group would continue for the time being. One has to ask why? Then why remove Hamas from the terror list. This is propaganda that Hamas could not have bought with all the stolen aid in the world. They are able to push their narrative that they are a resistance movement, while they continue to call for the genocide of Jews. Their quisling apologists in the West will be quick to point this out next time there is s conflict, that no doubt Hamas will start. The timing is especially sickening weve seen men, women and many children murdered over the last few days because of Islamists, and an EU court felt it appropriate to remove Hamas from a terror list, do they have no shame or respect for the memories of those that have been murdered, or the many victims of Hamas terror. If Hamas were trying to eradicate any other people no court on this planet would make such a move but the double standard applied to Israel and the Jewish people strikes yet again! This move also softens the view of Hamas for those who are constantly bombarded with the Hamas narrative, thus paving the way perhaps in the future for an outright removal from terror lists and the end of the funding freeze. Also the damage this will do to ordinary Palestinians who are hoping for a better future is immeasurable, these cowardly EU states have their little sham voted to recognize Palestine yet allow Hamas probably the biggest oppressor of the Palestinian people a free pass and legitimacy. Once again they expose their true face, not guardians of human rights, but Anti-Israel bigots. I guess that Europe will keep feeding the monster of radical Islamism right up to the point its jaws snap shut on them.
