This is just WRONG! The IRS should be FORCED to pay Pena!ties and interest to victims of this type of activity at least in the amount in which they charge delinquent taxpayers. In fact the IRS should be FORBIDDEN from seizing ANY AND ALL assets unless given specific order by court order after jury trial. PERIOD. That is unless the IRS should be identified as a criminal organization sanctioned by the U.S. government!
