The truth is, the accuser, made up a story that Dutch & her dog got into a fight and broke them up by punching Dutch in the face & head and beating him with a Tiki torch. After the fight was over, she lied and said that she was trying to clean his Dutchs face and he bit her, then chased her and attacked her, by biting her in her butt! She demanded that Dutch be euthanized, ignoring Jeremys plea for testing to prove Dutch was not dangerous. I just want to remind everyone, in case you missed it, that the accuser was found to be lying about everything! Her dog, that allegedly fought with Dutch that day, was at the Vet for the day. Artex was his name, and he had been in a fight with another dog the day before. Maybe that is where she got her injuries. The city never investigated her claims, they believed every lie she told them. It was the Lancaster Law Firm, who actually did their homework and found that Artex wasnt even home that day! If not for that, Dutch could have very well been killed by the City of Montrose Mike Duncan, the head of Animal Control, was tampering with a witness during the trial! That witness...the accuser! He was listening to the defense and then running back to tell her what to say. Was he charged? No! Was the accuser charged for perjury & animal cruelty? No! She should have had to sit her sorry ass in jail for all the pain she caused. She was a friend and future sister-in-law to Jeremy?! Be careful who you let around your dogs, there are evil people in the world, and sometimes they are future family members! Hopefully Karma is just around the corner for R.A. Montrose Colorado was never held accountable for their actions either! Thanks to the three female jurors that saw through the nasty, classless, lying, slug & set Dutch Free!
