This is long, long overdue. The Catholic Church led by Pope Francis continues to take the moral high ground on the rights of the child whilst protecting priests accused of violating a childs very innocence. Pope Francis might be talking a good game and he might indeed be a good Pope but what we need is not more words but more action, much more action. And as is done in most other walks of life those accused of paedophilia and those accused of covering it up should be investigated, arrested and jailed - and if that goes all the way to the top then so be it.
