This is more of an advanced style of drag, but Ive really been getting into extreme change for drag. Like more than just contacts, I see the latino girls wrapping their heads with packing tape and getting self made facelifts. I see girls using false teeth and flippers for a better smile. I have seen good racial changes (not talking about blackface).
