This is my 7th day of Intentional Meditation. Each day has had a different focus- lessen suffering, slow down, breathe, use my sense of sight to really see what is in front of me around me. Today it was keep my head where my feet are. Being outside on my patio helps. I cant help but feel the sun, & feel and hear the breeze. Ten minutes intention today led to an hour of sitting, and reading. Whatever I wish for myself I am expanding for those around me. Benefits: more focus during the day. Less impatience with others. A small sense of knowing I am doing well.
