This is my cardio, 6 days a week. I love the stairmaster! Sooooo good for your legs and butt. I do 25 minutes if HIIT. Crank it up to Max, 162 steps p/min, run with No hands on the rails because I want all my weight in my legs, alternate between running with my legs apart and then close together because when you abduct your legs youre going to recruit your hip abductor muscles (side butt), do that for 30 seconds or until the lactic acid is too much to bare, then walk for 30 seconds. Repeat.
