This is my class I taught last night...watching this you can see many things wrong. Yes I fell out of my turn, yes my legs or arms arent straight...so yes it wasnt perfect. But over the past couple of months I learned that I shouldnt be perfect. Yes I have a lot to improve on, but I should celebrate what I can do now and strive to work better rather than beat myself up over a flexed foot. Being out of dance for 4 months taught me that there is more to life than just turns or extensions. I rather be a flawed me than a perfect robot. Ok lol Im done :)
