This is my client John Turrentine. John started out at 300 lbs. and was a frequent face at happy hour. When he turned 30 years old, he decided that it was time to do something about it. He changed his eating habits and began to exercise. When he first came to see me he was 268 lbs. and determined to take things to another level. John pushes himself as hard as anyone I have ever seen and as a trainer there is nothing more satisfying than to see it click in a clients head. Yesterday he weighed in at 192 pounds, says he cant believe how different he feels and that he isnt done yet. And he apparently no longer has any reason to give anyone the bird!!!
