This is my favorite picture of all time in the La Mirada Lamplighter. 4/19/1972 - The fact that these kids made signs to try and save their school standing on Klings corner and the way that the great Dick Hurley went wherever to retrieve his camera so he could get this shot and put it in the very next Lamplighter as Editor in Chief says so much about Dedication. Dedication from the kids to their school to La Miradas great daily Newspaper from the one and only Dick Hurley who lived and breathed La Mirada. This will make Volume II: Reflections: La Mirada: for sure! (Extremely High Resolution = 600 dpi) dots per inch.
