This is my first time deadlifting, ever. April 1st, 2012. Its hilariously bad and stiff-legged, but its kind of amazing to go back and look at this and compare it to where I am now. Over 100 lb stronger on this lift in about a year and a half. Ive been having a rough time with my lifting lately, but watching this and thinking about the long term really helps me put things in perspective. Thanks to everyone who has supported me as I push through my barriers--particularly my amazing fiancé, Kyle.
