This is my first woodworking (furniture) project. I bit off more than I can chew with the through mortises but after I made another set of legs, I think the final result turned out very good; I couldnt be happier with it. It is a Gustav Stickley inspired, arts and crafts table made out of oak. The top is quartersawn and that is what gives it that distinctive look. One of the other details I like (beside the through mortises) are the ebony pins that run through the joints. Numbered #3, this one is going in my living room.
