This is my guardian angel and we had a wild ride Sunday morning. Her wings are bent and Ive only got bumps, bruises and sore muscles. Im very thankful I was in the palm of Gods hand that morning. For those of you who dont know....Sunday morning about 10:30 I was 8 miles south of Chickasha when I hit a guard rail, then the edge of a bridge which then caused me to roll........I was told witnesses said 6 times. I counted 4, but there has to a half somewhere cause I stopped upside down. This was a stretch of divided hwy and thank God I didnt hit anyone. There were people at my vehicle immediately when it stopped rolling and I was so happy to hear one of them say he is with Grady Co Fire & Rescue. He was actually right behind me and watched the whole thing. A pickup coming from the opposite direction, turned out to be a friend of my oldest son. All the guys who stopped to help were awesome....they kept me calm and focused enough that with their help I was able to get out pretty much on my own. There is no doubt in my mind I could never have gotten out alone. They helped me to a pickup to wait on the ambulance and managed to find my phone and my purse in all the mess. There were so many people that helped and I didnt get names, but Im working on that. Grady County emergency personnel, paramedics and hospital crew along with Dakota and Cody Norman........all of you rock....I can never express how thankful I am for your response! I havent done the 30 days of thankful this year, but this weekend Ive experienced huge things to be thankful for....my life, my family and my friends.....Im beyond thankful to be alive and to have such minor injuries! Thank you God!
