This is my last night in town before I head to Ohio to the Gathering of the Juggalos. I’ve never been before but have always really wanted to go. I’m not as big of an ICP fan as I was in High School, so I am extremely nervous, especially going alone, but I am also more excited about this than almost anything I can remember. I decided to make my latest mix in the Expansion Project an extremely personal one and I don’t expect very many people to understand, or relate to it. Lyrically, it is the darkest and most evil thing I have put together as a DJ. These last 14 months have been extremely hard for me and I have had some of the most dark and evil thoughts that I’ve ever experienced. I am eternally grateful to my friends that never once told me to shut up, or man up, or drop it when I vent to them. This latest mix, plus my journey to white trash heaven tomorrow, is a bit of therapy for me. With this mix, you’ll either get it, or you wont, but I did this one for myself, and anyone else who can feel it. If you’ve ever been picked on, misunderstood, or dirt poor, then you’ll probably get it. This is basically the soundtrack that kept me from killing people in High School.
