This is my observation of Ventura vs Kyle thats in the news: My first reaction to yesterdays verdict was one of disgust. How does someone follow through with a lawsuit against Kyle after his death, against the estate the widow will inhert? But then I think that if someone in the national spotlight said basically: they had kicked my ass, humiliated me on a national level, did my reputation irreparable harm, AND none of it was true; I would be ticked also. Would I drop the suit after his death? Probably. But Im not in that position so its hard to say for sure. I dont know if what Chris Kyle said about Ventura was true, or not. But a jury did just award Ventura 1.8 million dollars. So Im thinking the jury believed Venturas story. But I hesitate to call him any kind of a winner after all this.
