This is my status but for some reason I cant just add a link like the other ladies did, so here it is..... This last 4 weeks, I have been involved in a little Tight n Curvy fitness challenge. Although it has been a tough 4 weeks and the most Ive worked out consistently in a longgggg time, I have learned a few key things that I hope to carry forth and share with everyone! First, STOP with the excuses...I know we all have busy lives and can always find an excuse to not go to the gym, but even if it is just an hour you can spare to get your heart pumping and your sweat on, do it! Youll feel better after it all and Im sure you wont regret it, I promise . Second, planning at the beginning of the week what you are going to eat for the rest of the week is HUGEEEE...it will help you stay away from picking in your cupboards because youre hungry and bored. I know that fitness and committing yourself to go to the gym can be difficult...staying positive, consistent, and having amazing support from people around you are all key to helping you on your way to success. It is a process and takes time and patience, but youll get there. Thanks to the gorgeous and no non-sense woman Tea Cuk for giving me this opportunity to participate in the fitness challenge and giving me the confidence and drive to push myself to success and continue in the future!!! xo
