If you are not aware of what this refers to, the BLM in Cody WY conducted a roundup Mar 18-19, turned horses over to the state of Montana, who quickly conducted an auction which resulted in 34 horses and lactating mares being sent to the Bouvry feedlot in Montana and hence to slaughter in Canada. The 1971 Horses and Burros Act protects unbranded horses on public land; these horses according to BLM have been roaming for 40 years, yet they label them as estray . Call 307-578-5900 to hear their excuses about these horses not being wild. Absolute HOGWASH!
