This is no Joke. Please read with an open heart and mind.. :) If you didnt notice we are exactly like our country and what I mean by that is, many of us Americans are in major debt!! Student Loans, Mortgages, Car Loans, Personal Loans, Loans to pay off Loans, Credit Card after Credit Card. Continuing to borrow money and funds from banks and some family members or friends and not budgeting our spending. Why? Because we were never taught about this in school. We never had a class about how to take the money that you earn and invest it. We were never taught to create a savings and checking and save where you can. We unfortunately inherited bad habits from those before us. There are the lucky ones who naturally have the gift of budgeting and saving, but there are very few. If we were taught about this from a young age we just may be in a better place. So what are you doing to help the situation? What are you doing to change your situation? 50% of current college grads are without jobs. Not because they are not qualified, but because someone with a degree naturally should be getting paid more than the average High School diploma graduate.... but this is not the case at this time!! I personally know many college grads who are not working in their profession of what they majored in and yet inherited major debt for going to school and getting an education.. Why? Because this is what we were taught. We were taught that we go to school and we will get the best job... See the cycle here? There are a few topics that we all have a hard time speaking about and a few of them are money, race and politics. What this panel of people are saying is so true and each of them have great opinions. I am no politician, teacher, professor, accountant or loan officer, but what I am is a person who decided to change my situation. So I go back to my question of... what are you doing to improve your situation? Yes, I know serious question :) but really think about it and ask yourself the question. We all have to help ourselves now to be able to live and be happy. So.... I have decided to start NOW, and I am changing things for the better for myself, because in the end it does start with you.
