This is not a drill - Bank of America - you and I are through! You have the worst customer service ever experienced in this century or any other - and I majored in History! All I want is to pay my Visa bill for the month - maybe you could open a drive through window or at least let people know they are no longer opened on Saturday mornings. The sign notifying customers that the drive through windows are now only open on Mondays and Fridays is in a 14 font and taped to one window. Ugh! I guess I could have gone in - but I had just left a one hour Spin class, my hair was soaking wet and it was 27 degrees - not going to do it and I dont trust Bank of America enough to pay online. Give customers options to pay, rather than taking options away. Such poor customer service - and I thought Charter was bad. I kicked Charter out of my house earlier this year because of their lack of service - Bank of America - youre next! Were through, dont call me, dont send me letters - go find another girl - we are over! This week needs to end...now, if I can just find my inhaler or a chocolate doughnut everything will be fine. ;)
