This is not a rant, its just a fun, hopefully thought provoking observation. Please take it in that spirit. I wonder if in the future people will hire assistances to do their selfies. Which would make them technically assistanties, or otheries, but then were back to just prehistoric photography...I digress. I was thinking, I mean we use to hunt, clean, prepare our own food, build our own houses, make our own clothes. We use to draw and paint pictures, carve sculptures, get our hands dirty. Then we made movies where we watched other people pretend to hunt, eat, prepare food, and live. We use to take pictures of other things, now we take pictures of ourselves, while wearing clothes that someone else made, and other people bring us food that someone else prepared, which someone else raised, and yet someone else delivered, while sitting in a building that most, especially me, couldnt begin to build, and so on. All the while complaining about cell coverage, slow waiters, etc. I throw myself right in there. And yet, we are taking endless pictures of ourselves. I guess our fathers and mothers may have taken endless photos of themselves, but my guess is they would have been too busy building things, and making a future for us. The morale of this meandering maze is draw the line at selfies. Just say no to assistanties.
