This is not a stupid man. This is calculated brainwashing and propaganda. They are trying to convince us that police are gods among men, who never make bad decisions, and should never apologize - EVEN IF their actions were justified. This is the type of thinking that has allowed the police state to grow. It has been put in place by politicians who seek to grow the power of government, thereby growing their own power IN government, and by the police unions who seek to protect the officers who are just doing their job.
