This is not an easy task for me...I struggle to share these pictures. If it helps one person BECOME AWARE THAT THE WEIGHT THEY CARRY IS NOT SAFE ~ then this worth the embarrassment that I feel. I had high blood pressure, tendinitis in feet, arthritis, acid reflux, gallbladder removed, my lungs could not inflate to their full capacity because of belly fat and I had a history of digestive problems. TODAY!!! I have been off blood pressure medicine 11 months No tendinitis in feet, NO arthritis, NO acid reflux and my lungs inflate to their full capacity. So now, when I run in the gym - I dont care whose looking because they have no idea that I am running 4 my life. If you want to know more it is ok to contact me...I got your back!
