This is not news that Dubli has paid leaders and offered stocks deals- but what are your thoughts on these types of deals? While I dont have a problem with paying for talent- i always felt it seemed somewhat unethical for top leaders to draw trusted followers to a deal they wouldnt have any interest in if they were not being paid- and then abandoning the deal as soon as their money contract runs out. I always felt if an opportunity in this industry that allows us unlimited income potential already is not good enough to draw a leader on the merits of the opportunity alone- that leader is never going to stay anyway. In my humble opinion- paying leaders usually doesnt pan out for the companies. The leaders will do whats required to make their next check- period. Same thing with paying peoples way in- usually never pans out. Youve heard what they say- no skin in the game? In an industry where if you offer a great opportunity- and people can earn 6 figures a month- Do they really need to pay on top of it? or if they do- are the distributors that join that leader based on their trust in that leader entitled to know?
