This is not that old but I could not live without it. It is a Technique low pressure cooker. Non stick anodized Aluminum. Dishwasher faded the outside. I imagine I have had it for 10 years. It is at 5 lbs pressure and can be opened while at pressure. It tenderizes meat. Speeds up cooking of veg. I use it for frying and boiling and steaming. Actually, I use it so much, I found another on eBay and bought it. I now have 2. My other cant do without items is my cast iron anything. Came from QVC. No longer available except in an electric model. ***Just checked eBay and there are two for sale now. I highly recommend it if you cook a lot, and are in a hurry.
