This is one of my friendss sister in laws, I saw this photo a long time ago when he posted it to show how proud he was of her. I dont think there is anything wrong with what she is saying and I think too many Americans want excuses instead of health. We are a country that makes major money off of obesity and instead of pushing people to get healthier and lose weight, we coddle them and aid them. Im not a mother, yet, but it is in the plans and we are already preparing with intense daily workouts, Ive done a lot of research into workouts during pregnancy, and I know that I do not want to be an out of shape mother who places that lifestyle onto her children. I grew up with an obese father, and I grew up fat. It took me almost 30 years to take charge of my own life. I think the people who accusing her of fat shaming and being a bully are ridiculous. She has three children, a not for profit, a business, and still has the time to take care of herself. Just stop making excuses, health is less expensive than the doctor.
