This is one of the dumbest things Ive ever heard of. Lets abort all the babies of parents who dont pass our made up tests to protect them from terrible lives and help our population. Just because someone is overweight, tight on money, or has a family history doesnt mean they cant provide care and love for their children. Why dont we educate on matters that concern these people trying to pass the bill and provide resources to help people in these situations help themselves instead of humiliating and punishing them
