This is one of the last surviving Kakpos. There are only around 100 Kakapos left. They are the only kind of parrot that cannot fly. They live in New Zealand. They are very curious and often climb down from their trees to have a close look when a human comes near. This one apparently was quite lonely being one of the last of his kind, and in this video he confuses the camera man with a female. After this incident, the prime minister of New Zealand gave him the title of New Zealands Official Spokesbird for Conservation.
