This is one of the many reasons why I have lost complete faith in the Judicial Branch. They are too powerful. Their one job is to determine the constitutionality of something. HOW DOES THAT WORK IF THEY SAY THEIR CONSTITUTION ISNT CONSTITUTIONAL?? The only way this could happen is if the FEDERAL Supreme Court said so (which I wouldnt be surprised if they did such a thing) but the state court definitely doesnt hold that kind of jurisdiction. How irate would our founding fathers be if they looked at the drastic decline in the integrity of the government? #doyourjob
