This is one of those issues that drives me absolutely mad, and it also really pisses me off! First of all, despite what weve all been taught and even the legal rulings from several apparently illiterate & obviously incompetent activist judges, there is NO so-called separation of church & state in the Constitution. Its not there, period, end of discussion. Secondly, even if the separation of church & state were a constitutional requirement, students gathering together at school to pray and discuss their faith, on their own & during their free time, does not in any way whatsoever violate that illegitimate policy, but banning it sure as hell violates their God given and constitutionally protected right to freely practice their religion!!! When I was in high school there were about 50 of us who gathered every morning to pray before class, and the school telling us that we werent allowed to do that would have gone over about as well as the proverbial lead balloon! Of course I graduated in 1995. That was before schools really started training kids to always & immediately submit to the higher authority of the state regardless of how egregious the violation of rights may be! If I were a student in that school I would completely ignore the rule and force them to attempt to punish me for praying, and then I would file one hell of a large lawsuit against both the school district and any & all individual school employees that were involved in the violation of my & my fellow students rights! I would do everything in my power to punish as harshly & expensively as possible not only the school district but also the individual teachers & staff members involved with enforcing the policy against me. As long as the tax payers are forced to keep footing the bill for these rights violation lawsuits nothing will change, but once it is the individual teachers, principals & staff members paying all of that money for the judgments or even just the legal fees out of their own pockets this crap will end right quick! wnd/2014/11/school-bans-students-from-praying-together/
