This is one of those mornings that I think you should have to have - TopicsExpress

This is one of those mornings that I think you should have to have a license to raise kids. And I am talking about me. There are no words to describe what went on in my house this morning. Brianna and Kincaid are both doing football practice now at two different locations sometimes on the same night. Kincaid had practice last night and has it again tonight so I had to do a quick laundry turnover. Packed up everything for the first day in full pads. The coolers, football bag, the cleats. Oh by the way mom we have a field trip today So we need our camp shirts.what? That was not on my list! Not on the camp calendar either. Two trips upstairs later, I found their shirts. And miracles happen. They were clean. Somehow remembered to put the garbage out and the dry cleaning out. Got the kids to camp while reviewing offensive plays. Now if anyone knows me, they know that last sentence is the most ridiculous. What I know about football, I have learned in the last two weeks. I do NOT need to be teaching anyone this stuff. The very best part, the icing on the cake, was the missing football sock from the dryer. How did this happen? I watched Kincaid take them from the car to the washing machine. Well let me just tell you! It was in the driveway. Where my suburban sat. With Kincaids door open all night long. The car started thank goodness and no animals were occupying seats. I took all of the football paraphernalia to Saint Juanita Broussard because, for a little extra fun, we have meet The teacher for the next two nights. somehow Juanita will handle it all. She will get the kids to practice on time. Probably even early. they will be fed and dressed for practice. And she will look calm and collected. She will probably even start grandmothering other boys on the field. Me? I am unfit. By 7 AM I need a nap. Leave me alone for three days and we wont even shut the car door. Hurry home Lance Broussard while you still have a house standing and Kincaid still knows which direction to run on the field whether it is a gap play or bootleg play :)We are lunatics without you. Seriously, I wouldnt miss these moments for the world. We will laugh about the car door for years to come. This is my crazy, messy life and I love it. I am glad we stopped at two kids though!
