This is a harbinger of how we must organize and govern if we are to deal with ecological realities of the world we now live in. We have created critical circumstance that can either further devolve into war, poverty, and collapse or we can evolve toward a revolutionary way to organize, use, and sustain the natural systems that are essential to our survival as civilized and secure communities.
