This is our Tootsie...adorable isnt she?! Tootsie is in need of YOUR help. Abandoned at Animal Control by her owners due to being blind & deaf was the excuse they gave. She is NOT deaf--she had severe ear infection, an she is NOT blind! We are taking donations to provide her with the medical treatment she DOES need. With your donation, we can give this sweet girl an Echo Cardiogram, as she has a heart murmur, and X rays to determine her hip issue.
