This is our everyday breakfast. A healthy green smoothie! If you have kids that wont eat veggies then sneak them into their morning smoothie. I found that if you add raw oatmeal the kids will love the taste of any smoothie ;) I used a mix of chard, spinach, kale and carrots, chia seeds, flax seeds, raw oatmeal, strawberries, banana, cucumber, cinnamon, coconut oil, unsweetened almond milk and vanilla.
