This is probably one of my favorite testimonies I Have read...First she was 19yrs old when started and had every reason to be AFRAID to try it..MUST READ!!!! Meaghan says ~ My name is Meaghan and this is my Plexus story. I was born with Gastroschisis. My intestines were on the outside of my body. After 6 surgeries and 3 very long months later I finally went home from the hospital but life would never be “normal”. I had lost ¾ of my small intestine. Food was now my enemy. I couldn’t handle anything but a special formula that had to be ordered through the hospital. Until I was around 3 years old I literally lived off fish sticks. It was the only thing I could eat! Any dairy, corn, meat, beans or processed products were off limits! They would tear my little stomach to pieces! The list of food I could eat was much shorter than the list I couldn’t! Going to the movies was pure torture because popcorn was one of my worst enemies and I loved it!! These “we just called them food allergies for the sake of argument” never went away. As I got older I knew there were consequences to eating nearly everything around me. My teen years left me struggling with Anxiety and 4 years of running Cross Country in highschool left me with weak hips. (apparently I got this from my mom). When I started Plexus back in April, I started with my family. It was sort of an experiment for me. I have always been thin. Food goes right through me. Literally! With little small intestine I don’t have time to absorb most of the benefit from my food. So I thought, lets just try it and see what it does. It was helping so many people with so many things…it couldn’t hurt. Plus I was 19 and this was a good way to maybe make some extra money. Well…6 months in and let me tell you…I can now drink milk! I can eat sausage! I can eat 3 bowls of popcorn and not be curled up in pain and in the restroom for days!!! My anxiety is TONS better and my hip pain is almost gone!! I was in 2 car wrecks almost 2 years ago and had a lot of residual neck and back pain. That is so much better!! ! I have been out of work but I make enough with my Plexus to pay my rent, bills and gas money! I thank God for Plexus! I am a product of Plexus!!!
