This is regarding my last post! I wasnt going to put this on FB but maybe putting it here will be helpful or maybe hurtful but either way it goes, whatever. I dont want everyone to think I am a nut job because I am far from that! My kids are well cared for and my house is very structured and routine. We have teachers/state in and out all the time because of Payton and I can give you any of their info and they can tell you I am far from that! These behavioral issues are in a way uncontrollable! I have tried and tried, used resources, researched everything, changed my who household including the food we eat. To try to help my kids! This is my issues! Braxtons and Lillianas DR has closed her practice with little to no warning, I am now left with two kids both diagnosed with delays and behavioral issues (ADHD) and Braxton having ADHD and possible mood/bipolar issues that we where in process getting diagnosed with. Now we need to start from scratch even for the ADHD aspect. I started both in new practices HOWEVER they can not give them Medications due to needing to fully access them and diagnose them. This can be a 3 month or longer process and we are only weeks in. I think thats BULL it itself since Braxton been on meds since 3 and Lilliana for months and needed to be pulled off. Our pediatric DR had been helpful but its not in her medical field to give them medications or diagnose and I understand that. She is filling only Braxtons meds, that are not working until we are able to get settled instead of having him off meds totally. Now we wonder why mental health people are the way they are killing and so on, maybe if they had the help in a timely manor! Duh! So needless to say I am dealing with improperly medicated/ Unmedicated children with medical issues! Its not that my kids are just totally out of control and I would hope people didnt take it that way! On another note taking this away and leaving them with nothing is not an option, did that! Their brains dont process normal everyday kids ways so we take other routes. However some things B is doing like peeing in on my floors and furniture (reported to DR number of times) is not going to change he knows he does it, knows hes wrong, gets punished, has to clean its however he is impulsive do to the ADHD, leaving him unable to process and control the behaviors before they are done. Its not normal I would agree but its a disability! With him acting in such ways is causing siblings to follow suit. So there for its been crazy! I will also add and was said a number of times in the last few months of dont have any more kids you cant control the ones you have I am just about sick of hearing it! My kids are taken care of, we are financially stable, yes we have a BIG break in housing BUT if we where in a situation where we where not we would do what we had to do. Paul and I talk all the time about having another child and we will be starting to try in the next few moths once we have someone this under control, however I am not a person that would if we couldnt do it. One reason we have not is because we are trying to over come these issues before hand. Ok I think Im done!
