This is schools and communities based monitoring program for temperature change, snowfall, rainfall and phenology within the vicinity of selected schools. In total, twenty schools, across different ecological zones of Bhutan are selected.The Institute, through this program, will generate baseline data on impact of climate change on wildlife and plant communities of Bhutan. Also, through this network, a critical information on impact of climate change could be shared among researcher, resource manager, educators and citizens.This map shows the selected schools where the monitoring program will be implemented.
