This is simply horrendous, the situation is way worse than I had imagined (and I new it was bad). When you read this consider that climate change is rapidly upping the chances of extreme weather events which could make the situation go critical. Indeed climate change is massively increasing the operational risks of all nuclear plants. I would suggest a risk assessment in the light of climate change (not the low end probabilities) of all of the worlds nuclear facilities needs to be made as a priority. Bru Pearce
