This is something Ive been sharing with people for YEARS! I tell them, because its a lesson I learned myself - when someone gives you a gift that you dont want; that wont serve your highest good [negativity, judgment, insults, fear, nasty criticisms, etc] DONT TAKE IT! If you dont take the gift it belongs to the GIVER. Another favorite of mine is hurt people [want to] hurt people. Remember this when others are nasty to you. Give them what they need - COMPASSION and understanding. No-one who is in a good place, who is happy, who feels blessed and grateful, will want to bring you down [to their level].
