This is such an important event that I decided that it should be shared once again and made public, rather than being restricted to only my friends. Judge Friedmans opinion is very well written and the ending, which I quote from in this post, is so very powerfully eloquent. Kudos to U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman! And everyone should be thankful to the Plaintiffs in the case which made this significant legal ruling possible. As Judge Friedman said they both gave so much in personal sacrifice. Thank you!
