This is the 2nd home I have purchased using John as my realtor. His knowledge and experience is priceless. I had talked with other realtors in the years between, as I work in the mortgage industry. Most seemed to only care about the sale, with little knowledge, and only based their skills on price negotiation. John would not let me buy a house with out knowing it was the perfect home for us. We searched for nearly a year with John, and he would not let us get our hopes down. Many times we thought of just settling for something that wasnt exactly what we wanted or compromising on our must-haves. John wouldnt let us do that and guided us through the end of the build process (home was new construction that was 85% done when we started the offer). He continues to follow up, to this day, and makes sure all is well and fixes have been completed. His honesty and up-front advice is something that I will always appreciate. Thanks again John.
