This is the condition of our capital.....from where all the plans of Child Education and Child Labour are passed along with different health plans for keeping the children healthy and disease free..So its an appeal to our nominated ministers to look into the fact whether the plans and proposals are actually being implemented in the right front or is it just going into the dustbin....or into the showrooms of the different imported cars. If this is the state of the children of our capital then from where can we expect that the lives of the children living in the different states and union territories of India would improve.
